"Iron Man" and "Sex in the City"

There's a combination for you, but I haven't been to a lot of movies lately. It's a school night so I'll just comment not actually review.
I loved "Iron Man". Not great, but more fun than your average superhero extravaganza. Robert Downey Jr with his shirt off was just icing on a tasty cake. And you must, must stay for the last scene - the one after the credits. If you didn't go see the movie again.
"Sex in the City" was fun, but as so many reviewers have said, it feels like three or four good episodes strung together. Who cares? I would have liked it more if I'd see it with a group, but enjoyed it all the same, even if I was the only one in the uncrowded Wednesday night theater who was laughing out loud most of the time. It made me cry, it made me laugh, what more could I want? Actually, a whole lot more of a cinematic experience. But I still liked it.
